Description: Business analysts play a critical role in helping the company to achieve our goals and objectives, by identifying and documenting business needs, requirements, and solutions. The Business Analyst is a fundamental part of any business project, as they ensure that the project is aligned with the business’s goals and objectives.

Minimum Years Experience: 3 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Provide standardised documentation as a method of communicating as-is and to-be environments, describing stakeholder goals and achieving consensus on a definition of done.
– Manage stakeholder expectations of what can be delivered within a specified budget and timeframe.
– Undertake regular self-reflection and development to keep up with new techniques and tools.
– BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis OR relevant qualification.
– 3 years in a Business Analysis, project or technical role.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Our Business Analysts will work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the company to understand how our practices and processes contribute to the delivery of our current business model.
– Facilitate workshops to gather information, test ideas and validate assumptions.
– Uncover and communicate potential risks that need to be assessed and mitigated.
– Identify potential improvements, efficiencies or opportunities and help stakeholders to make a case for pursuing them.
– Seek to understand the impact of changes across end-to-end processes, taking into account any additional perspectives that could impact a solution or new way of working.
