D365 CRM Functional Consultant

Engagement Type: Implementation

Description: To provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM application, with specific focus on Sales, evaluate the customer’s business processes and align to the best match to Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
The role will work in a client facing project, report into the PM and solution architect for the project and will have responsibility for elaborating the backlog and designing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM functional solution.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Minimum of five years MS Dynamics 365 experience in client facing roles.
– Excellent functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Sales and wider Dynamics CE and Power Platform.
– Hands-on experience in designing, configuring or administering MS Dynamics CRM.
– Experience of implementing Microsoft Dynamics in the Finance sector.
– Experience with broader Power Platform capabilities including canvas apps and power automate.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Working with the business analysis and business stakeholders to understand business requirements.
– Guiding the business on how to optimally meet the business requirements with MS Dynamics 365 Sales.
– Demonstrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales capabilities.
– Detailing business process workflow, their stages, what fields will be presented and how, which fields will be mandatory, field validations etc.
– Detailing background system processes such as workflow and Power Automate.
