Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Experience and Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics.
– Experience of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and extensibilities.
– Experience with Power Apps and Portals.
– Experience of multiple CE implementations and rollouts.
– Strong experience within stakeholder management.

Areas of Responsibility:

– Supporting the Delivery Lead planning delivery of solutions and their implementation.
– Leading the architecture and technical design of Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service and Marketing solutions, Power Platform and Field Services.
– Advising customers on the fit of Microsoft Dynamics to their environment, infrastructure, functional and non-functional needs, and their compliance requirements.
– build oversee and implement solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications.
– Take a concept at enterprise level, create the scope and translate this into an executable design that competitive positions us well in the market, using the appropriate levers to deliver a compelling bid.
