Engagement Type: Consultancy Description: Our client requires a D365 F&O Training Consultant to join them for a permanent basis, to work with them across a number of end clients. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Previous experience training out Dynamics finance modules in a multi legal entity, multi country environment. - Experience supporting the design, development and support of data migration and integrations. - Provide on site support and assistance throughout delivery and go live phases of the project. - Experience in training full D365 implementations and all phases of the project life cycle. - Experience across CE, SCM, Warehouse and Logistics, would be an advantage. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Ability to work with multiple Stakeholders, across the business. - Ability to be on site, as and when needed. - Prepare and conduct business process training analysis. - Design and implement a training plan. - Work alongside Training and Learning Manager.

Engagement Type: Implementation Description: We are seeking a highly motivated D365 CE Functional Consultant, with Project Operations experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional consulting services to our client, helping them to configure and implement the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) platform to meet their organisation’s business objectives. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Must have worked with Project Operations, within D365 CE. - Analyse customer business requirements to design and configure Dynamics 365. - Able to illicit multiple business requirements. - Strong configuration experience, with D365. - Several D365 CE implementations under your belt. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Working closely with the clients MS Dynamics Partner. - Liaising with multi-Country based Stakeholders. - Developing custom solutions to meet customer needs, including custom workflows, plug-ins, and customisations. - Collaborating with the customer to ensure that the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform is configured properly. - Ability to report and communicate at all levels across business.

Engagement Type: Implementation Description: The ERP Workstream Manager is accountable for the successful delivery and management of assigned project workstreams on the ERP programme. Workstreams can be functional (e.g., Operations, Finance, HR) or cross-functional (e.g., Integration). Working in conjunction with the core and extended programme team and where appropriate partner SI teams, this role is responsible for ensuring all stated deliverables are met according to the relevant project plans. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - At least 5 years of demonstrated competency in an ERP project role, acting as a workstream or project manager on large end-to-end implementations. - Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases. - Effectively influencing and negotiating skills in an environment where this role may not directly control resources. - Knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence. - Relevant project management training and certification. Excellent knowledge of Azure DevOps. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Manage detailed schedule plans and ensure the plan is synchronised with the programme level master plan. - Ensure schedule and resourcing plans are appropriate for accomplishing the stated workstream level objectives. - Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks. - Ensure duties responsibilities, and scope of authority is clearly assigned to project personnel. - Monitor and ensure Azure DevOps is used appropriately in support of workstream delivery.
