Minimum Years Experience: 5 years 5 Key Skills Required: - A minimum of five years of experience leading the change management approach for a large and complex programme of work in the ERP space. - A solid understanding of how people go through change. - Able to clearly digest and simplify complex information to articulate messages to a variety of audiences. - Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts. - Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Develop the overall change management, communication and training strategy for the programme. - Ensure project teams consider change management, communication and training activities as part of their project planning. - Create and implement change management, communication and training plans and integrate activities into the overall programme plan. - Ensure activities are well sequenced, coordinated and aligned with Group Communications and Marketing strategy and plans. - Pilot or test, and evaluate plans and activity to continually improve, and capture and share learning and best practice as programme progresses.

Engagement Type: Consultancy Description: Currently looking for a D365 F&O Developer to join a Microsoft Gold partner, on a permanent basis. Minimum Years Experience: 5 years 5 Key Skills Required: - Strong FO product knowledge. - Experience designing and customizing FO application. - Proficiency in X++, Data Management(DIXF), SSRS, Security framework. - Experience with D365FO interfacing and integration. - Knowledge in gathering technical requirements. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Design and develop systems to support both business and technical integration needs. - Responsible for development efforts for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections and integration of features in Dynamics 365 FO. - Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions across technologies. - Have an understanding of the D365 FO technology stack and the peripheral technologies that can be leveraged including, but not limited to, Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Machine Learning, etc. - Take a user centered approach and rapidly iterate.

Engagement Type: ERP support Description: Currently working with an end user in the food industry, who are looking for an ERP Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. Minimum Years Experience: 5 years 5 Key Skills Required: - Good analytical and problem solving skills. - A good general IT background and experience in supporting common operating platforms. - Experience in ERP Applications and or Software solutions for Food Industry, Supply Chain or FMCG sectors. - Understanding of integrated systems and business processes. - 6 to 12 months experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision and or other ERP solution environment. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Provide front facing IT support of existing ERP system and IT solutions within the business. - Facilitating and replicating software support call issues. - Will be required to learn new technologies as appropriate and to develop and implement new working practices and systems. - Will assist with the maintenance and support of IT systems and infrastructure. - Preparation of training materials.
