Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Previous experience training out Dynamics finance modules in a multi legal entity, multi country environment. - Experience supporting the design, development and support of data migration and integrations. - Provide on site support and assistance throughout delivery and go live phases of the project. - Experience in training full D365 implementations and all phases of the project life cycle. - Experience across CE, SCM, Warehouse and Logistics, would be an advantage. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Ability to work with multiple Stakeholders, across the business. - Ability to be on site, as and when needed. - Prepare and conduct business process training analysis. - Design and implement a training plan. - Work alongside Training and Learning Manager.
Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Our client is undertaking several strategic IT initiatives to support the development of the business and we are seeking to recruit an experienced Project Management IT professional to take responsibility for ERP D365 implementations. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Proven track record in Project Management and delivery of ERP solutions. - Track record of interpreting business and user requirements and providing IT solutions. - An understanding of integrated systems and excellent knowledge of business processes financial, procurement, product manufacturing and distribution, sales, and customer service. - Experience of Microsoft D365 F&O and prior involvement with either Financials, Trade & Logistics, Production, Warehousing, Sales modules. - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS to write and understand Microsoft SQL including SQL queries, stored procedures, and views some or all an advantage. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Manage the Implementation of the clients ERP strategy focussed initially on the UK Retail business, using D365 F&O. - Working closely with our technology vendors and Core Technology Services to optimise our ERP applications investment and system processes and performance. - Working with external vendors, the business and internal IT and Development during build and testing phases on application. - During application implementation, provide project management for data migration and conversion services, on-site support, documentation, and training. - People Management of technology resources as required.
Engagement Type: Implementation Description: To provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM application, with specific focus on Sales, evaluate the customer’s business processes and align to the best match to Microsoft Dynamics functionality. The role will work in a client facing project, report into the PM and solution architect for the project and will have responsibility for elaborating the backlog and designing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM functional solution. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Minimum of five years MS Dynamics 365 experience in client facing roles. - Excellent functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Sales and wider Dynamics CE and Power Platform. - Hands-on experience in designing, configuring or administering MS Dynamics CRM. - Experience of implementing Microsoft Dynamics in the Finance sector. - Experience with broader Power Platform capabilities including canvas apps and power automate. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Working with the business analysis and business stakeholders to understand business requirements. - Guiding the business on how to optimally meet the business requirements with MS Dynamics 365 Sales. - Demonstrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales capabilities. - Detailing business process workflow, their stages, what fields will be presented and how, which fields will be mandatory, field validations etc. - Detailing background system processes such as workflow and Power Automate.
