D365 Data Migration Lead

Description: Our client is currently undergoing a major transformation programme which involves standardising processes and implementing a new ERP System, which is Microsoft Dynamics

Minimum Years’ Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

  • 3 years proven experience leading data migration from legacy systems to D365.
  • Excellent understanding of Data Migration Toolsets.
  • Management and team leadership skills necessary to lead a data migration team.
  • Ability to design and implement the systems necessary to collect, maintain and analyse data quality.
  • Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

  • Devise and get approval for the data migration strategy for the implementation.
  • Recruit and develop an effective Data Migration Team.
  • Oversee and manage members of the Data Migration Team.
  • Ongoing development of data migration strategies throughout the programme phases.
  • Identifying the data migration required to support the transition through multiple phases.
