Minimum Years’ Experience: 5 Years
5 Key Skills Required:
- 3 years proven experience leading data migration from legacy systems to D365.
- Excellent understanding of Data Migration Toolsets.
- Management and team leadership skills necessary to lead a data migration team.
- Ability to design and implement the systems necessary to collect, maintain and analyse data quality.
- Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
- Devise and get approval for the data migration strategy for the implementation.
- Recruit and develop an effective Data Migration Team.
- Oversee and manage members of the Data Migration Team.
- Ongoing development of data migration strategies throughout the programme phases.
- Identifying the data migration required to support the transition through multiple phases.
