D365 Test Manager

Description: Our client is undergoing a CRM D365 implementation and requires a Test Manager to work alongside their partner and in-house team.

Minimum Years’ Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

  • Strong experience with Dynamics CRM/CE.
  • Creation of test cases based on business process flows.
  • Test planning, execution and result compilation.
  • Preparation and execution of regression test plans.
  • Organising and managing Test Analysts.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

  • Developing internal test management capabilities.
  • Resourcing of internal test colleagues for Dynamics 365 projects as needed.
  • Improve the quality of Dynamics 365 projects.
  • To act as a conduit for top-down/bottom-up communication.
  • Direction and guidance for test process improvements and establishment of policies.

You will utilize your experience and consulting skills to provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations, application and evaluate the customer's business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
