Workday Absence Lead

Engagement Type: HR Transformation

Description: Workday Absence lead needed for an initial 6-month contract period. We are currently working with a large implementation partner based in Paris who is looking to engage a Workday Absence lead on a 6-month initial contract with the possibility of extensions thereafter based on the longevity of the project. This is a huge HR transformation piece where the client has already pushed the button on core HCM and is now looking to add additional products to their Workday ecosystem.

Minimum Years Experience: 2 Years

Key Skills Required:

  • Must hold at least a core HCM certification.
  • Ideally will have worked on the Absence module in a previous role.
  • Proven project experience where you have led a team to a successful implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • A good knowledge across a range of Workday modules is advantageous.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the functionality of the Time Tracking & Absence modules through the implementation programme.
  • Design, develop, document and test both modules.
  • Support Integrations Team on ensuring T&A integrations to/from Workday are understood, documented and actioned.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure a smoothly running operation.
  • Train key users on the new system when needed.
